"Behold - Brotherhood in Christ"
E. Harlan Fischer | Founder
Founded at UCLA, Alpha Gamma Omega is a national Christian fraternity dedicated to building brotherhood in Christ. For nearly a century, AGO has shaped generations of college men through faith, fellowship, and servant leadership.
Rooted in values of faith, leadership, and service, AGO offers a Christ-centered alternative to traditional Greek life. Members grow through weekly meetings, discipleship, accountability groups, and service projects—developing character, conviction, and a bold faith that lasts beyond college.
As AGO continues to expand nationwide, its mission remains the same: to equip men to lead with integrity and live for Christ.
"AGO Was Not just Fun, It Changed my Life"
Zack Bardwell | Former San Diego State Chapter President
The AGO Experience is where brotherhood and spiritual growth come together in a powerful way.
Whether you’re diving deeper into your faith, competing in a basketball or video game tournament, or just making lifelong memories, there’s always something meaningful happening.
Each chapter hosts retreats that are packed with fun, adventure, and time to bond with brothers beyond the everyday college grind
Each chapter also host formals and banquets you won’t forget. From high-energy rush events to quiet moments of prayer, AGO offers a place to belong, be sharpened, and lead.
It’s not just a fraternity—it’s a launchpad for the man God’s calling you to become.
Proverbs 27:17 - “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
“Where brothers learn to turn and look to the Lord to sharpen one other.”
Asher Millikan | IMP Founder
At AGO, we don’t just talk about brotherhood—we live it out through the Iron Man Program (IMP). Every active member is placed in a small group of 2–4 brothers, led by a fellow student committed to walking alongside you in faith. Modeled after Proverbs 27:17, these groups meet regularly to talk life, faith, struggles, and growth—no masks, no surface-level stuff. It’s where accountability gets real and lasting friendships are formed. Supported by the chapter chaplain, the IMP exists to sharpen each other in Christ and build a brotherhood that goes way beyond campus.
"Joining AGO was the best decision that I made throughout college.
I made lifelong friends, gained invaluable leadership experience, and deepened my relationship with God.
Forever blessed to be a brother of AGO"
Troy Coale | Former USC Chapter President
