AGOm is the 501(c)(3) ministry arm of Alpha Gamma Omega Christian Fraternity, originally established to equip AGO members for ministry and missions through grants and financial support. Over time, its role has expanded to provide vital oversight and strategic leadership for AGO chapters on college campuses nationwide.
To ensure strong spiritual and operational leadership, AGOm employs Regional Directors who provide:
✅ Executive leadership training for chapter officers
✅ Pastoral care and discipleship for members
✅ Recruitment coaching to strengthen and grow AGO chapters
✅ Administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Beyond chapter support, AGOm also facilitates professional networking opportunities with AGO alumni, helping members build valuable career and personal connections that last beyond college. A dedicated operational staff keeps the organization running efficiently, ensuring that AGO continues to thrive.
At its core, AGOm exists to see the light of Jesus shine across college campuses, with AGO playing a pivotal role in that mission. We believe that a Christian fraternity offers a uniquely powerful environment for young men to grow in discipleship, purity, accountability, and leadership—preparing them to be bold Christian leaders in their careers, communities, and churches.
